How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from the KBE AI application, please send an email to:
Subject: Data Deletion Request — KBE AI
Please include the following information in your request so that we can verify your identity and process the deletion accurately:
- Your full name as registered in the application
- The email address associated with your KBE AI account
- Your role in the program (e.g., Resident, Faculty, Alumni, Referring Dentist)
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Upon successful verification of your identity, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
- Your user account and profile information
- Permission and leave request history
- Patient log entries and case records associated with your account
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- Any uploaded documents, attachments, or digital signatures
- Referral submissions linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
In accordance with institutional policy and applicable law, certain data may be retained after your account is deleted:
- Anonymized activity logs — aggregated, non-identifiable data used for program reporting and quality improvement. These records cannot be traced back to any individual.
- Accreditation records — documentation required by the Kuwait Board of Endodontics, the Kuwait Institute for Medical Specializations (KIMS), or the Ministry of Health for program accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Processing Timeline
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receiving a verified request. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once the deletion is complete.
If we require additional information to verify your identity, the 30-day period begins once verification is confirmed.
After Deletion
Once your data has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access the KBE AI application with your existing account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use the application in the future, you will need to create a new account.
